One of the founders of the Melbourne based Beit Jala Palestinian Association, serving as President and more recently as their Public Relations Officer. Philip started working with Moira in 2000, co-ordinating humanitarian missions to Gaza, working with Professor Paddy Dewan and Professor David Croaker to achieve hundreds of operations and training of Palestinian doctors. Philip is the Australian / Palestinian spokesperson and facilitator of the group with the official authorities in Gaza.
